Even a single imperfect Arabica coffee bean can compromise the aroma of our blend. To preserve and enhance the aromas, we use our patented pressurized cans. Developed in 1934 by illy, this pressurization system replaces the air in the tin with an inert gas at a higher pressure than the atmosphere. This not only helps maintain the freshness of our coffee but also enhances its aroma.
